You also can use charge partition so you dont need to hold a dircection before doing a charge move,you precharge it . Watch some videos on it youll enjoy it

I think charge motion supers are pushing it too far with the charge. Granted, I'm the idiot who thinks every charge character should have at least 1 motion special (for scenarios where they don't have charge), but still, all motion supers is really good for everyone.

SA1 is used on necro occasionally, a bit rare but I think it might be used against certain match ups- maybe Dudley if I recall correctly but I might be wrong on that one.

I think the reason the buttons are called that is because those explain most of Ryus combos (ex: Ryus standing hard kick is a roundhouse kick)

You're probably correct. Those are the names of the buttons on the old Street Fighter arcade cabinet - and that predates Street Fighter II: World Warrior. At least, that's what was on the version that had buttons. Early versions had just one giant kick and punch button and, depending on how hard you hit, you got either 3 different versions of the attack: kzbin.info/www/bejne/lammiqaviLV6Y8k Those were gone pretty quickly because they broke constantly.

I tried the 5th necro combo against Urien for myself (not in online edition), but I couldn't get past the third hit. Even testing in frame advance, doing every other hit as soon as possible, the 4th hit just won't connect. Is this an online edition exclusive combo, or is there something else I'm missing?

There’s a revision of 3rd strike (rev. 990608) that only allows 3 elbow cannons in that combo, try checking what revision it is
