Could make some gravy in the pot once chicken taken out. Add boiling water diced onion and gravy powder. Boil it off a bit whilst stirring.

the surface become getting darker and smell if you not clean before you put the lower rack, isnt difficult to clean after done cooked?

Did you also put it on 190° when the chicken was on the lower rack? Did it yesterday. The fat fell through the rack and it smelled burned... How can I avoid this?

Attach foil on the rack so it doe not drip to the bottom. You can also put foil at the bottom of the rack too.
