JMOD/JSDF Capacity Building Programs to realize a Free and Open Indo-Pacific (FOIP)

The Government of Japan is making an all-government approach to enhance collaboration with like-minded, and partner countries under the “Free and Open Indo-Pacific” (FOIP) vision to ensure peace and prosperity throughout the Indo-Pacific region and the world.
As part of this effort, the JMOD/JSDF has been implementing Capacity building, particularly with countries in the Indo-Pacific region, for security and defense encompassing human resource development and technical support.
