Respectfully, your overall view on the Feds interest rates is very shallow and is going to have a negative implications for those laymen out there who believed whatever you said wholesale. (1) you did no mention the weaponising of the USD (2) 6 months ago, the world still holds about 70% of USD as reserve currency; but today its only about 51% (3) the world is de-dollarising USD at an alarming rate as we speak; (4) the Feds lower interest rates for their own selfish purposes because unemployment rate and inflation is killing the Americans; Feds make it relatively easy to borrow money to buy assets but that's a dangerous trap; (5) Once (4) is completed, the Feds will increase interest rates to ensure that the world will sell their respective currencies in hand to buy back USD, thus funds flow back to USA; (6) when funds from the world started to flow back to USA, the world will experience their crisis with assets devaluation The above are just a very simple economic overview. The way you talk about the Feds interest rates is so misleading and the poor laymen will fall and lose out when crisis hit. Please be more responsible in your sharing as the economic situation today is very different from all other previous economic cycles.
