This is a really wrong depiction of JNU, I was a student there I have really saw the ground reality there, some of the students protests but these types of naara, sayings that" Bharat tere tukde honge", the students there never said these things. This film has really distorted image of JNU and for the sake of drama and audience attention, this movie has shown such negative things at extreme level which are not true at all. JNU has one of the best physics department and research with most of the students at very high level places like BARC, DRDO and other reputed organizations. JNU produces one of the best minds. Most of the students of my batch, my seniors and juniors..they are doing ground breaking research in the field of science, are high level officers working for our country, making India ahead in the field of science and technology. Sadly, this film is creating hatred and a very negative image of JNU but failed to demonstrate the best and unique things of JNU, showed only negative side with such negativity that is not even 10% true. When I was in JNU, I felt so safe and secure in the campus, my father is working for the country and quite over protective like other fathers but he always felt safe for me in JNU because he knows that the media and now even bollywood is creating the wrong image. After releasing the "Animal" movie, I thought if bollywood would produce good movies but alas it disappointed me again!
