On round 3, being the son of a retired fire fighter, I remember my dad bring home his gear to get cleaned every once in a while. Also, there was only one fire house with a pole in it. Not many fire houses now a days are two story buildings, there may still be some old ones with poles but not many. To anyone who was confused at the beginning during the introduction of Jo Koy's movie family, at 13:03, the translation of "she looks different than the rest of the family," means...she ain't Filipino/Filipina enough, but she's still family. Then the Asian mom pride thing kicked in when the Mom said "at Yale, Yale." 13:48. She was proud that her family member is at an ivy league college. It's just a Filipino thang, y'all wouldn't understand. 😂

I really enjoyed Easter Sunday. I ask my fellow Filipinos to watch it with their family and friends to support Jo Koy. I've been through things in my life and have come to an understanding that my faith, family, friends and community is important in life. Coming to that conclusion I understood the movie. Take advantage of the precious time we have with those we love. :)
