Fyi - Tabo is not literally a hygiene tool. Filipinos use it bec not all homes have showers. And people use a pail full of water and a tabo to take a bath. And we also use it to flush our pee in the toilet if the toilet got no flush. So yeah. Thats how it is. Some also use the tabo with water to water the plants.
