Joao Pessoa is the fastest growing capital city in Brazil and fastest growing city in Brwzilian Northeast. It is a greate city to live and have a family. Very affordable too

Hi there 😊 Yes indeed. Unfortunately we were there only for a very short stay on our way to Natal, but we sure did love the city and it looked like a city that has a lot to offer. Thanks for watching our video and for the info that you shared 👍 All the best

My old hometown JP as we call it ! Living in SC now am looking into buying a 2nd place in JP, preferrably in the north part where I lived before - Ponta de Campina or nearby AMAZING deals on aptos there if you know where to look Giant plusses are ; Not expensive Nice and warm / hot all year Not a lot of rain like Recife People are nice and friendly Great beach activity there in Cabo Branco, warm ocean water Great shops with locally made clothes in CB Lots of varied restaurants ; chinese, churrasco, nordeste food, pizza with the major mall Manaira having many good one price buffet restaurants, cheap too Heavy beach and water activity ; boating, swimming, sunning AREA VERMELHA - SANDBAR off the northern beaches where people take their boats to party Things I don't like ; Early sunsets ALL year 1700-1800, 7 degs south latitude from the equator Too much new construction along the beach, too many TINY aptos - 20m2- WHO in their right mind would buy an investment like that ? I see them crashing as Airbnb units are dying They are not even big enough to really live in ! Downtown is a massive traffic mess but very historical

Forgot to comment on your drone footage I'm sure you know the US/Canada drone flying rules ; under 250 grams = NO license needed BUT, if you are using any footage to make $$ even under 250 grams MUST be registered and you must have the appropriate federal country cert license, as in the US FAA 107 cert Some time ago I looked up the requirements in Brasil and they are the same BUT you can fly a drone with a foreign license here Interestingly enough, I follow a fellow Canadian drone guy - CAPTAIN DRONE www.youtube.com/@CAPTAINDRONE798/videos His son is married to a Brasilian ! Bought 2 P8 orange drones and 2 newer black P8's with collision avoidance and an SG 907 MAX while here in Brasil - only flown on a deserted beach Also bought some real cheap drones on eBay in the US, they are sitting at my PO BOX in FLA waiting for me
