Yes. It was called "taste." A stark contrast to the performers we've seen over the past decades. Check out Miley Cyrus, her whole relentless sexual coming out phase, and the obscene outfits she wears on stage. Not saying it's wrong or bad but it differs so much from singers like this. (and yes, I wouldn't say Miley is really a singer by any means but I'm just talking about taste v. tasteless)

Growing up in New England during the war years, I have such beautiful memories of the big band era and the singers who were the best of the best. Wow.I've never been to Vermont,but 30 seconds into this song,I was there,my mind could visualize all this so vividly.
