The doctors wanted to institutionalize Curly when he finally became physically and mentally sick. Moe rejected this and personally took care of his little brother. This act, by itself, is all we need to know about Moe.

When my son was about 6 years old, I gave him the TV remote and told him it was his choice. So, as he was flicking through the channels, he passed right by the Stooges. I said, "hold on, what are you doing? You passed up the Stooges". Then it occurred to me that he didn't know who they were. What kind of a father was I? Anyway, we switched back and it wound up being the episode where Curly was the boxer and would go crazy if he smelled "Wild Hyacinth" perfume ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZjXe3yQj7ScfLM ). Man, we laughed. That was over 20 years ago and we still occasionally reminisce on that great father/son moment. They have the best home movies I've ever seen. Thank You to Moe's daughter for sharing these gems and for whoever uploaded this video. RIP Moe, Larry, Curly and Shemp. Thanks for the decades of laughter you've given us!

12-22-22. Just finished watching 4 episodes of the Stooges. Lost count of how many times I've seen them. Never, never, never will they grow old.

Great video and thanks for sharing! Moe,Shemp, and Curly's dad looks just like Shemp and Moe! I actually thought it was Shemp at an older age.

I remember watching this on Letterman's late night show on NBC. The old family movies were fun and touching. The Three Stooges will never age or be forgotten. I still watch reruns today.

I wish people would post more and more and more of this material. They deserve to have every bit of their history shared with the world. (Or with their fans at the very least )
