Just had to say before I watch this. Thank you so much Joanna for the motivation you and all the team have given me this year. Last year, I couldnt walk without crutches or sit down without falling down and a year on, I’m swimming 3 times a week, Ive lost over 2 stone and doing exercises to strengthen my muscles every day AND I’m planning to set more goals for next year.
