Hey guys! I realized I hadn't made a cleaning video in quite a while. I love these videos, both watching and creating them. They are time-consuming to film and edit, but oh so worth it. They motivate me more than anything else to tackle neglected spaces and rooms throughout my home and get things clean, organized, and under control as much as possible. Hi Joanna!!! Just watching you motivates me and I think I am going to just jump right up and get going on it....then it's the jumping up and getting going....that is the problem. I have a shark vacuum with the lift off part--but I don't believe mine has as many accessories as yours. I really like mine, too. I still don't like cleaning my hard wood floors and that's mostly all I have!!! I am trying to keep less stuff on my counter and see if that helps keep my kitchen looking straighter...everyone goes through the kitchen as it is in the middle of the house...can't hide a thing in this house...guess that's why I need to get rid of and organize a little more. Thanks for sharing. I understand about being busy in the summer. There's always something we want or need to do. Take care! XOXO

Hey, Karen! Aw thank you. Yes, the getting up and going is the hardest part! I need to take some stuff off my kitchen counters too. But it seems like as soon as I put something away, we need it again, and out it comes! This summer has been the busiest yet, I think. That's a good thing bc we've had fun, but it has flown by and kind of been a whirlwind. I'm not looking forward to getting up at 6am when school starts, but I do think getting back to our normal routine will be great for all of us! Have a great week, my friend!

Loved the video! What spray & cloth do you use to clean your t.v.? I have a Shark Navigator & love it! And I use Bar Keepers Friend in their powder version to clean my sinks & tubs. I used to have a white kitchen sink & it would get stained from pouring out tea & coffee cups & the Bar Keepers Friend would make it white as snow! I currently use it on my stainless steel sink now & it shines it up as well! Along with stainless steel pots & pans. I don’t use it on my appliances though lol. Just sinks & tubs 😊👌

Thanks, Karri! I use a cleaner that's meant for eye glasses to clean the tv, and wipe it down with an old, white cotton t-shirt. I feel like the eye glass cleaner is gentle and great for the tv screen, and the t-shirt is free (lol) and doesn't leave lint or anything behind. Aren't Shark products great? So glad you love yours too. I love Bar Keepers Friend too! I use it on my stove top and on my stainless steel pots and pans when I need extra cleaning power. Great stuff!

Hey there! I believe my husband got the rug from Walmart..? It is really squishy, so it feels nice on your feet. Yes, I made the kitchen roman shade. :) It's really not difficult, I promise! It is just made with using plastic blinds as the backing. No sewing involved. I used fabric glue. Once you get the measurements of your window, it goes pretty quickly from there. Cut your fabric. Slide out the extra blind slats from the bottom. Space out the blind slats you are using evenly on the back of the fabric. Glue the edges of the fabric so you don't have raw hems. Glue the slats to the back of the fabric. And that's basically it. It may sound like a lot, and may take a little time to figure out with the first, but once you get the hang of it, it goes super quick. I made the shade in our downstairs bathroom (blue and white) the same way! It's fun to choose your own fabric and make what you want to your specifications. Hope this helped. There are many tutorials with pictures you can look up as well. :)
