Hey Vince, can you speak to mediation/settling with an employer with EPLI? Who decides to settle and for how much? the employer or the insurance company? Would an insurance company ever agree to payout an employer's full coverage amount if the employer wanted that? Any other advice/insight on this topic would be much appreciated. Thanks!
