if you experience you can apply but without any certification may be they dont let you in hospitals but you can apply in clinics or inpatient care facilities may be they want someone experienced. when you come here you will see there are alot of options for you so dont take stress.

yes i know this situation, first job is always very difficult to get. But trust me dont take any stress you should apply every day to different hospitals, long term care centers, community platforms, agencies, retirement centers . long term care centers and retirements centers can take newly graduate nurses so you apply more to these places. and dont loose hope you surely get good job.

you dont have to do anything, you just apply where ever you see they hire psw. There are so many agencies like empower, achievea, carehop, bayshore, home instead and also various long term care center or community psw for which you can apply. you just have to be patient and positive .

Both is good but in order to do Degree in Canada you must have good bank balance, It's better to do Degree in India and then go as an RN with NCLEX

paying your fees depends upon you. if you have know how to save money you can do it. And psw job is very good job you can save alot of money and easily pay your fees if you know how to take care of your expenses. Dont take stress.

every place has different documents needs. mine has TB test, CPR certificate, mask fit test, vulnerable sector verification, canada covid vaccination, nursing degree, professional references. if they ask for experience youcan tell that you have nursing experience in india as i said, because i worked in india as a nurse for 6-7 months( add in your resume).

Cpr certification will be done via online or by attending CPR classes nearby your location. Police verification is easy , done online every area has its own police verification website. There you only have to put your adress and some more details and its done after few days they will email you the police verification certificate. and tb test is done by walkin clinic doctors.
