I have the joby and I love it. My only issue is after a while the ball head lost grip and was not holding my devices steady
@GreggAdventure3 жыл бұрын
Yea. That can happen eventually, especially if using a heavy Camera. Always keep a backup

@@GreggAdventure ohh...well i eventually got a Manfrotto (because that was what was available) but i love the Joby

They are super similar. I do like the way Joby let’s you go 90’ to the side for portrait

@@GreggAdventure yeah but it depends on the weight of the device because it can tilt over. But i love the feel of the legs when closed in my hand

Yea, balance is tricky. Sometimes it’ll tip. Really best for a phone or gopro

I would attach my insta 360 pole with a gopro on top to one of these tripods. Do you think they would hold the weight?
@GreggAdventure3 жыл бұрын
Yea, long as the pole isn’t TOO long or heavy. I’ve carried a Sony Mirrorless around on it
@nomadinneverland68323 жыл бұрын
@@GreggAdventure the pole is 120cm and weighs 160g. would it also hold my sony a7iii with 16-35mm f/4 lens for long exposures?
@GreggAdventure3 жыл бұрын
I used an a6000 for hours on end, last summer, but, the A7iii is double the weight. I think it's nearing the top end, for carrying around as a handle, but, I think It'll be good to go, for tripod
