JOBY Underwater Smart Phone Housing by Aquatech

Aquatech has introduced a new underwater housing made by JOBY. This is a great tool for those looking to protect their phone from water regardless if you are interested in shooting surfing or other water related activities such as snorkeling.
While it is hard for me to compare the water housing I already have for my full frame camera to this smart phone housing, I do find that it is great to be able to get content instantly to people regardless if you are sending them via bluetooth or uploading to your favorite content transfer app.
I have purchased all of the accessories that were available with this new system including the housing, bluetooth pistol grip, and the 6" dome. I find that this little rig is really killer for those that love being in the water but are not really ready to commit quite to the full frame camera set up but who are also looking for something way easier (and not to mention way less irritating) then a GoPro or Insta360 camera.
In this review, I wanted to make it really more about the housing itself vs the content that was able to shoot with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was pretty confident that it was really more up to me to get the better content then relying on the housing to make my content better (if that makes sense?!)
I know my videos are mostly me just rambling on, however, in todays world we only want to listen to something for less then 20 seconds and it is too hard for me to jam all of this information into a quick rushed little video and at this point in my life I am okay with just educating in my own way rather then trying to make everything I do go viral all the time :)
Overall I am pretty happy with the content that I have been getting using this tool. I have been using it now for about a month with a client of mine that does night snorkeling on the North Shore of O'ahu.
