Awesome podcast....I am only a powerlifter, but these war stories and experiences are so strong and inspirational. And Jocko is (as i see him) a natural born warrior-leader , just listening to him talk for an hour raises your testosterone level by a 100% i bet, gets you fired up and ready to get after it! And Echo is just the coolest guy, gotta love him!

Thanks Jocko and Echo for finding and shining light on LGEN McMaster. I know you avoid politics but I think we are all glad he is becoming our National Security Adviser. A bit of a rebel, or at least outspoken, MGEN McMaster is his own man, and still a soldier. I also recommend you search our COL Wilkerson, USA Ret, who was Colin Powell's chief of staff.

I had a boss like the one Jocko mentioned the problem was that he acted like that infront of the troops, so I didn't had the opportunity to buffer the situation, they always knew, so it was a little harder to keep the boys unchecked
