Sounds like a delicious combination of flavours. When I was a kid I used to be a weirdo who enjoys biting into an apple or frankly any fruit right after brushing my teeth, this way a fruit gives a cooling sensation like a very mentholated candy or something. The video title kinda remind me of that and I'm itching to try this recipe

See...what you've described is exactly why I side-eyed the concept of Mint & Apple 😅, especially so much of it in a cream all over everything so I can't even pick around it. Sour and strange. But, it just goes to show there's an audience/customer base for everything. Now you can live out your quirk as an adult and in a very elegant way too lol. I'll never make this but it was lovely seeing the process. I can't even eat a full serving of Mint Chocolate Chip Ice cream. All I think of is brushed teeth. But atleast with the Mint Chip & those York candy things your mouth doesn't tense against it reflexively. The closest mint can get to my fruit is in a Mojito 🍃🤭😄

청사과(아오리)로 딱 한번 애플파이를 만들어 봤는데 시금털털한데다 떫어서 맛이 너무 없었어요. 나중에 그 이야기를 했더니 청사과는 열을 가하지 않고 생으로 먹는 거고 익히는 건 홍옥같은 붉은 사과 쓰라는 이야기를 들었거든요. 그런데 이 영상의 케익은 너무 상큼하고 맛있어보여요. 역시 그 애플파이의 문제는 사과 품종이 아니라 만든 사람의 실력과 솜씨였네요 ^^;; 언제나 좋은 영상 감사합니다. 실력도 능력도 노력과 의지도 없어서 그냥 보기만 할 뿐이지만 정말 힐링되고 있어요.

green apples are definitely the firmest, but thats why theyre the best for apple pie; other kinds, like red apples, have too much water, and they’ll become mushy when cooked. i think either cutting them thinner or cooking them longer might help.

저도 파리바게트 케이크를 보고 진짜 놀랬어요. 그래서 저는 파리바게트 sns에 제것과 같다는 말을 올렸습니다. 관계자분들이 직접 만나길 원하셨고 저는 만났습니다. 이런 일로 저는 저작권 운운 한적 전혀 없고요... 그냥 제 케이크랑 너무 비슷하니 어떻게 된것인지 알고 싶었다고 전했습니다. SPC 관계자분들 과 만났어요. 그런데 개발자 분들은 사실 조꽁드 유튜브는 전혀 모르는 상태였고 해외 케이크 이미지를 참고했었을 뿐인데, 그것이 재미있게도 제 영상을 캡처해서 올린 해외 블로그 사진 이였습니다. 결과적으로는 제 케이크 였던 것은 맞습니다.하지만 대화는 좋게 마무리 되었습니다. 파리바게트 관계자분들은 제입장도 백분 이해해 주셨고, 파리버게트의 입장도 잘 말씀해 주셨습니다. 제품 제작 경과를 자세히 들었고 결국 어떻게 저 디자인이 나오게 되었는지도 듣고 나니 저도 이해가 되는 상황이었습니다. 그리고 비록 제가 제 케잌 데코레이션과 비슷한점에 많이 놀라기누했지만 , 한번도 케이크 저작권 따진적 없고 화가 난적도 없습니다. 단지 제가 이 일을 그냥 지나치기에는 내거랑 똑같은데.. 하는 찝찝함과 대기업에 대한 작은 원망이 계속 남을거고, 어쩌면 역으로 제가 베낀것으로 오해받을 소지가 있을것 같은 노파심으로 sns를 통해 연락해 보았던 겁니다. 그리고 대기업으로서 정말로 모른척 무시 할 수도 있을 일인데 한 낱 유튜버 직접 만나주셔서 저는 맘이 풀렸으며, 오히려 감사하다고도 말했습니다. 일방적으로 조꽁드는 이정도 데코레이션 가지고 원작 따지냐고 비아냥 대지도 말아주세요. 저도 유치한 사람은 아닙니다. 또한 대기업이라서 완전히 안하무인 한것도 아니라고 생각해주세요. 저는 오히려 이번기회로 SPC 관계자 분들과 솔직한 대화를 한것 같아 좋았습니다. 그래서 다른 오해들 없으셨으면 좋겠습니다. 하지만 무엇보다 여러분의 많은 관심은 정말 정말 감사드립니다.
