I appreciate the way you show that when yo buy a part you don't have to just accept poor fitment. If you take some time and a little effort you can make a part fit and look like it should. Another nice job.

Great work, thanks for posting this. I am finding that most aftermarket sheet metal needs additional fabrication done to make it fit correctly with other parts.

I compared it to the other original 65 coupe I have, and It looks like it will be fine. If not, it can be adjusted.

Would be faster and easier if you just use the upper mounting brackets for a 24 inch radiator, we use them all the time

That may be, but the opening needs to be bigger for airflow.

True, but using the upper bracket eliminates any welding :)
