I have a question for anyone who knows this. A local woman is in jail for mur..g her husband this morning. They said aggravated mur..r. Some people think it could be self defense. The marks on her look old, not new, but that’s not what this is question is about. Someone commented something like that once is self defense more than that it is mur..r. Is that the way the law works? Is that true. I thought there have been cases where the spouse had been shot more than one time, several times and they considered it self defense. Then again, I’ve seen videos of women who did commit an act in self defense and still ended in prison. Thank you ahead of time for any answers. Edit: I forgot that I’ve seen once where a woman did that to her husband and then injured herself to look like self defense.
