Joe Biden backs Kamala Harris for Democratic nomination

Joe Biden has backed his vice president Kamala Harris to take his place as the Democratic party's nominee for the presidential election.
He thanked Mrs Harris for being "an extraordinary partner" before backing her to take the party's nomination.
