I like Joe Buck, his calls for MLB and NFL are awesome. His father Jack Buck used to be an commentator in the MLB. The Rays/Dodgers World Series and the Mark Mcgwire Single Season Home Run record were really good calls. I remember watching the Rays/Dodgers World Series, I was going crazy when Julio Urias sealed the deal for them. It was the time in 39 years that the Dodgers won the World Series.

yeah that's my opinion. i think he's an okay announcer normally and def overhated, and there are probably 10-20 announcers i'd rather listen to that him but man he's made some awesome calls, which is why i made this video to highlight them. the only reason why he got hate was because he showed literally no energy in the decade of the 2000s

The only reason people hate commentators like Joe Buck is because there is this ingrained expectation that all announcers will have big voices/personalities like AL Michaels or Gus Johnson. But people easily forget that his father was an announcer and Joe learned his style from his father. But I've never heard anyone complain about his father's style if commentating so why all the hate?
