Joe is not a bad person, quite the opposite. I think it is just his way of speaking that irritates people. Simple as that. Its a style thing, not a core thing.

@@Arturo-sm1tb Joe, like like Jack, gives a lot of credit to his booth partners; Joe especially with Troy and Smoltz with giving them credit. Joe is really a good person. Besides, he went to IU-Bloomington!. Fox Sports is lucky to have him. I cannot remember Joe talking about himself in the booth or try to discredit fellow-booth announcers. Growing up, I could hear (occasionally) KMOX in the evening with Jack calling Cards games. Just like the Carey's, very good genes.
