I accidentally stumbled upon this song, and am really glad I did. I remember liking Joe's hit song many years ago, but this is the type of music I like to hear as a very grown woman. It's impeccably written and passionately delivered, which is more than I can say for most of today's rap music - but even more than that, it's so honest. I don't think I'd ever heard a rapper so transparent and vulnerable in a song. Kudos to Joe Budden - it takes a lot of courage to expose the truth of who you really are to the world.
