The man is the voice of Fox in the 90s for me. Was always excited to hear what new Simpsons episode or Fox Kids show was coming up this week!

Joe Cipriano is the voice of reason. Joe became the voice of Fox Television network in 1988 and became the voice of CBS in 1997. He continues to be the promo voice of Fox, CBS and Food Network. He is the voice of Fox and CBS.

To reach these heights as a voice actor, it’s not just a matter of learning how to read well, enunciate , etc. It helps if you are as articulate as this man.

I came here because I'm searching for the male voice actor who did many, many commercials in the late 70s through the early 90s. Most of the time, he started in a very low, almost whisper. Another voice I'm in search of is the "blue screen" guy--Remember those commercials in the 80s and 90s that ended with the blue screen, credit card logos and a toll-free 800 number in the middle in white text? That's the other voice I'm interested in. General human curiosity.

I still don't know the name of the MTV voice of the 80's and 90's. Deep voice. I think he did a lot of work for Showtime also. (Viacom )

Last I saw he uses mostly a Sennheiser MKH 416 mic (although occasionally he says he mounts up his U87), Avalon M5 pre-amp, Urei LA-4 Compressor/limiter, looks like a tube tech processing strip or something in there and his mixing board. There are also components for him to dial in and connect with remote studios.
