baby got back there were like brothers behind closed doors. Ali didn’t really think he was ugly. Years later joe cried and said he is a great guy and deserves to live an old life playing with his grandkids. They were and they werent it was a very bizarre relationship. Frazier always wanted Ali to apologize for all nasty things he said to his face. Ali did apologize but he did it through Joe Fraziers son and Frazier didnt like that and had resentment because of it. Frazier helped Ali out a lot borrowed him money when he was exiled from boxing and of course vouched to bring him back and fight him for the belt. Thats why he took it so personally when Ali started calling him a Tom and a Gorilla.
