Discovering the pulse of dynamic locales, whether through the buzz of gentrification or the beat of underground culture, is akin to uncovering hidden treasures. In a recent podcast featuring Tony Robbins and the visionary behind Airbnb, the conversation delved into the art of embracing change with innovative solutions. Picture this: a fusion of corporate savvy and cultural acumen, birthing a trillion-dollar concept. Yet, the secret ingredient lies not only in assembling a team of brilliant minds but also in weaving in the tapestry of intergenerational wisdom and fresh perspectives. This, my friends, is the recipe for keeping the rhythm alive in the ever-evolving landscape of global coolness.

@@ZainMohammed2005 Right. It’s not that you won’t mess up, that’s part of it… but taking the opportunity to create your world, even if you’re starting from nothing, is the definition of not f*cking it up :)

Laughed when he said to launch as many times as you want. Thanks for that! We rebranded a couple years ago and it’s the best move we ever made. Also thanks for the tidbit about partnerships. A lot of us always think we have to go at it alone.
