My mom was the person that introduced me the TV series. I remember her getting very excited when I asked her to explain me the plot. She loved this song very much and every time I listen to it, I remember of her. Has been almost a year since she passed away, but the good memories like the one I just told, helps me smile and realize how luck I was to have such a cool mom.

I'll never forget sitting in the family room on a Friday night and watching this. My Mom would sit there too. But during the commercials she would either get a load of wash or do a few dishes. She worked so hard to keep the house clean and work a job by herself. She's gone now. I sure do miss those days and her.

This arrangement is beautiful! I had never heard it before. I’m back at the piano after a very long hiatus 30+ yrs (after my parents divorced I had no piano access … I now have a korg). My brother was a huge Hulk fan and said if I could ever play this he’d be thrilled. Well it is so hauntingly gorgeous it almost makes me cry. I’m going to order the sheet music and start cracking so I can surprise him.

Really captures that sense of isolation and solitude he faced the majority of the time in the show. Almost the opposite of the MCU Hulk, who intentionally shunned close contact for a while. Makes me wonder how this Banner/Hulk would have worked in the Avengers.

A classical pianist has moved into my road somewhere, and now and then - if I'm in the garden, or in the bedroom with the windows open - I can hear them practising. This morning I heard something that sounded beautifully haunting and achingly sad... and familiar. It was this sheer masterpiece. I've loved this arrangement since my childhood, when I used to watch the show with my Mum, and it always brings a tear to my eye. It's a thing of beauty all on its own, but knowing Banner's story makes it all the more poignant to me.

Bill Bixby insisted that the TV series not be overly cartoony. He wanted it to be a human story, and I think in large part, it succeeded at that. I liken the TV series to _Quantum Leap_ in its ability to have a human-interest story in each and every episode.
