Joe Hart. We were so lucky to have you for the last 3 yrs of your career. Was lucky enough to meet him in Celtic Park Lounge after the league cup final last year with his son. It was clear how much he loved his time at Celtic. Thanks for the memories Joe. Gordon Strachan recently said there are no morals left in football today - big Joe proves that's not the case. What a man.

You can tell that this lad had a good upbringing, modest, respectful and intelligent. I’m English but am so glad he hit it off at Celtic, they are an immense football club and they deserved each other. Reading the comments from Celtic fans here just shows the love they have for him, nice. Brilliant interview👍

Favorite moment is when he talks about Pep & not having anything negative to say because he understood that this was a decision by 1 person & he disagreed but accepted it & knew it was not personal. Joe it was heart wrenching when Pep came to City and didn’t think you were the right goalkeeper. Sky interviewed me and a few fans about it and I was so gutted about the situation. You will always be a legend at City and I am glad that you enjoyed success with Celtic and the fans gave you the love that you deserve. Enjoy your retirement and I hope to see you back at City commentating with other former players

Elite interview. Joe, thank you for the memories. A true City/Celtic Legend. For me, as a guy who was passionately supporting City at 2010-2016, Joe’s departure kinda marked the period of two different teams. City until 2016 that I fell in love with because of such great characters like Hart, Vinnie, Zabaleta. Dzeko, etc. That team had like a proper fighting spirit, a sense of unity with the fans. After Pep came in, for me it felt like it was all gone. It was a totally new club and a mistreatment of some City legends like Joe and Yaya, those stuff really hurt. Miss that old Manchester City. Thank you, Super Joe, for being both a great keeper and a great character💙

It’s so crazy seeing g a guy who’s had 70 odd caps for England and down it all get so so emotional about playing for us , it’s beautiful tho . I don’t know why Joe thinks he shouldn’t be loved and supported like he was , I can’t tell you 💯 the fact that Joe gave it everything was all we needed . There’s a saying “he gets it” and it’s said way too much now but I’ve never seen anyone who got it more and quicker than Joe. Hopefully one day he may become a coach here but we will see .
