I love Joe Lynn Turner, I've been his fan since I was 14 and saw Stone Cold on MTV. I was very fortunate to have met him for the first time back in 2006 when he was in concert at the now defunct Vine Street Lounge in Hollywood and then I was lucky to meet him again this past May when he played at the Whisky A Go Go and I took my now 16 year old daughter with me. I bought tickets for a meet and greet. Joe is the sweetest, kindest person and he truly appreciates his fans. He listened to everything I told him and I was telling him how his music helped me in the past when my daughter was born premature and then she gave him a amethyst crystal pendant and he was so bowled over by it and he was so awesome to my daughter I love and admire him even more. I don't care what anyone says, for my daughter and me, we are Joe Lynn Turner fans forever!

Yeah that's where I first saw him was on MTV singing 'Stone Cold '. I still look at the video from time to time when I want to get lost in the good ole day's. I was also in my young teens when I saw that video.

Joe Lynn Turner is a top notch guy in all ways. I met him back around 2004 in the Orlando area at a Rock Legends type event my girlfriend at the time was hosting for her radio station and I had a chance to sit and talk with him at length. He is really a great down-to-earth person. Respectful and caring too. Good bless you Joe!

Joes best album was Slaves and Masters with Deep Purple. Problem was that it got ignored because it was Joe in Deep Purple. I think if it was called by another band name or even Rainbow it would have been more accepted.

As good as the band was, there was no DP without Gillian. He had an incredible voice and my God he was hot in his prime! I just recently discovered Joe Lynn Turner. He is an awesome singer. From watching this and reading comments he seems like a really nice person too.

JLT is a legend, and it is a shame that Blackmore threw away his opportunity to truly please the fans, if what Joe say's is true with the rainbow extravaganza he had in mind, it was a sad loss to the fans.

When people accused Candice Night of making Ritchie Blackmore do resonance music, she said, "First off, nobody makes Ritchie Blackmore do anything" Joe went and tried to take over the Rainbow reunion project by making deals for CD's and DVD's and contacting former Rainbow members. Joe should have known from dealing with Blackmore for years that Ritchie always wants to be in complete control and all decisions go thought him alone. I think if JLT would have backed off it would have been him fronting the band and not Ronnie Romero!

I agree, back a few years ago when little snippets would emerge every few weeks or so about him and Ritchie getting back together I thought to myself go easy Joe don't talk too much. Then a blurb came out with him kind of complaining about Candice and her mom a little bit and I thought oh Joe why oh why do you not know better by now. Shortly after that things went quiet for a while then came the announcement of Ronnie being the singer, after that it was temper tantrum time from Joe. He did it to himself.

That is a crock of bullshit, Miracle Man! Joe wrote some of the best Rainbow songs & blows all other Rainbow singers out of the water. Romero can't touch JLT's range, finesse or passion. Are you a recorded singer/musician? I was & had the privilege of singing with Joe Lynn a number of years ago. He is an incredible vocalist/songwriter & a musician!
