I have to say that equal to the performances, the most impressive thing about England is the freedom that players have to express themselves and the access that we rugby fans have to them. As an Ireland fan where there is North Korea access for journalists, and even then the player content is straight-bat bin juice and corporate endorsement fluff, this sort of nonsense is something that we crave. Imagine the laughs this generates in camp in a big pressure week, fair play to England for letting them be themselves. Journos get some good material, we are entertained, the boys have their stage. Everyone wins.
