Here are some reasons: 1. Never had a 100 RBI season 2. Never had 200 hits in a season 3. Never hit over 30 HRs in a season 4. Never won a World Series 5. 2 career total game winning hits in 15 years 6. Absolutely non existent in the playoffs 7. Zero big moment career defining clutch hits 8. No where near 3000 hits 9. .270 average last 5 years of career 10. (1) post season RBI 11. Ate up entire small market payroll with no deferred money while staying silent in the locker room for 15 years
