These Webinars are actually a great source to learn directly about body language rather than through a particular Case, I thank Mr Navarro for these uploads!

I hunt down any videos with J. Navarro. Shy, but intrinsically fascinated by people/NV communication, I related to him from the first interview I watched. I'm so glad to have found this channel in my feed.

@joenavarro7932 Probably one of the best content on The Internet. The eye rolling I think sometimes it's just ego overload and the other person felt dissonance and left the information for later recalculation.

Does pacing back and forth always have to mean anxiety or stress? I'm pacing a lot out of boredom or when I have to stand and wait for something for a period of time, my lower back starts hurting and simple walking (back and forth due to limited space and there is no place to sit down) helps with that. But I often get told by people that is annoying and makes them anxious when they were not stressed before I started.

I think boredom in itself is stressful isn't it .

@@manasvibarthwal5249 maybe sometimes. I guess don't like being bored when I'm somewhere where I got nothing to do, like waiting for an appointment or staying at a hotel for a long period of time when I'm there for work and by myself and don't have anybody in that city (like right now, my works is throwing me somewhere in a new place for over 2 months and even though I got nothing to do every weekend and bored, I still cannot fully relax and can't sleep or eat. But when I get home for a day or 2 before another trip, I usually eat and pass out before I get to the bed and sleep for 20 hours). I never really thought about it from this point of view till I have read and started writing just now. I guess you are right.

He's great! However, this video has a lot of q&a about the pandemic, which I fast forwarded through and then I realized it was more than half over so I gave up. I don't think this webinar is very nutrient-dense. It seems more like a check-in with people who follow him.

A few questions for a later video maybe? After working in the FBI for years, how or has your opinion of humanity changed? Most people are cautious when they meet someone new, does your training make you more or less open. Guilty until proven innocent 😇.
