It’s more like if a team scored on the first play of the game and then the game ended. But then that goes back to Joe Rogans podcast where he talks more about this, and compares it to a football game. “Imagine if a football game lasted 40 seconds”
@kevinarzola47814 жыл бұрын
Taimoor Khan but Cowboy isn’t weak. He’s the most awarded (bonuses) fighter in the history of UFC. It’s more like a team beating an top 10 ranked team 40-0. What did you learn? That the winning team is a heck of a football program to shut out a ranked opponent 40-0
@kevinarzola47814 жыл бұрын
YaBoyTroy357 on his podcast he makes a real point about play vs combat. Football is a game. You play a game and win or lose you go home the same way you entered (excluding something of bad fortune). In combat, like mma, it’s two people attempting to kill one another. It’s the only sport where injuries are encouraged and murder becomes legal until the bell rings (or the referee ends it)

It's like a convo I had with a friend. He was saying Conor has never been this good and I was like...have you watched his other fights? He one-shot the greatest feather weight of all time, he has mad contenders look like journeymen and he hand inch-perfect distance against a lightweight champion, making them look slow and amateur, even when they were obviously world class. He's ALWAYS BEEN THIS GOOD. For MMA striking, he's an archetype people should be copying for style and training, because his spacing, set ups, creativity and timing are phenomenal. Only guy to actually humble him at his optimal weight is Khabib...and that guy is something else.

Hard to be awful when getting hurt straight away and not being able defend ones self. I am no expert but he got hurt then finished I am wondering was this guy saying the same shit when askern was put to sleep in what 6 seconds

I love Stephen a smith beside Rogan and trying to get into MMA. Stephen is so good at what he does and I’m glad espn is taking ufc serious enough to bring their heavy hitter out. Even if he’s not the most knowledgeable at this point

All of the things “we learned” is stuff we already knew. Cmon bruh, SAS has a point. Y’all just mad because y’all don’t want him there
