It's called getting older and gaining weight. It takes a very high amount of hgh to make your head way bigger, like bodybuilder size doses, which he for sure isn't taking. My head from when I was younger was a lot smaller, but I got older and gained weight is all it is. I've never done any hgh in my life, so explain that
