@@nickpr5964 I wouldnt say dissapointing, I'd say its reasonable, we were born into seeing israel as these pure allies that deserved protection due to WW2. It's hard to see any criticism against them in a good light just from that. Whether you agree or disagree with that point you also have to look at how Jews are looked at in current media and the weird frenzy against them. It's a very hard to balance issue because yes there are many major powerful figures that are jewish and causing what looks like to be damage to society and especially western society, but its also some of our enemies that are supporting the attack on them, very weird to find the truth among all that.

She's always getting something nipped or tucked, has recently had a gastric sleeve procedure done, has no children because pregnancy was an inconvenience. She's never at peace. Has an addiction to selfies and Instagram likes. There's no validation coming from within. Everything that she finds happiness from is fleeting, impermanent. I can't fathom why I'd find myself in envy of such an existence. My attitude towards her would probably be more generous and loving if she weren't so rude about my living circumstances. Once you do that, it makes it out to be just like any war with an “end-justifies-the-means” objective (War on Teror vis-a-vis Iraq), and justifies all their war crime and mass slaughter and genocide. However, he conveniently leaves out how the Israeli public officials, who have been on Israeli TV have been using genocidal language. Also, it’s interesting he can travel all way to see the kibbutzim (ala Elon Musk style) and yet has no clue (other than photos and videos on the internet) of what the ground reality is for Gazans… It can be seen that he calmly challenged Joe’s position on the issue and thinks he corrected Joe, but his cognitive dissonance is very very stark and down right disturbing. I got worked so hard playing tennis once. My cousin and I were both staying in park city for the summer so we played tennis at the town center often. We had been playing regularly for a few weeks and thought we were getting pretty good. One day, we see some similarly-aged kids so we challenge them to a match. We got smoked SO bad we never even returned a serve. We literally didn’t score a single point on them. I had never been beaten so bad at anything in my life! After the ass whooping, we went inside to grab some drinks and lick our wounds. As I was walking around the club house, I noticed some trophy’s and photos. Sure enough, there was a photo of the two kids we just lost to next to a trophy - they had won the national tournament in tennis doubles. We laughed so hard and learned a valuable lesson that day.

@@rosemaryalles6043 Combatants are not civilians and the latest figures according to Israeli sources is 1,139 killed of whom 382 were military personnel, 59 were police and 10 were Shin bet. And that's not even taking into account any armed civilian Israelis who joined them and got killed and who according to international law are considered combatants. @@u.2b215 Please provide a reliable source for your claim. Let's analyze your claim (which is unsubstantied) If (conceding for the moment that you are correct - I doubt you are): 382+ of 1139 were combatants, that ratio is: 33%. 3:1 civilians to military ratio. According to Hamas' own figures ~32K Gazans have died since Oct 7. Of those, close to 13K are Hamas terrorists. What ratio is that? That's close to 1:1. Which is better? If you are advocating for a proportional response (which I don't - this is a war, and as Coleman correctly indicates, war is ugly) should the IDF burn babies and rape women? Also, the attack on Oct 7th remains (and will always remain) unprovoked - there is no historical context that justified raping women and burning babies. None. The Palestinian people deserve to live with basic comforts and peace. As of today more than 75% of Gazas population support the rapist terror regime Hamas. This population must be de-radicalized if there's to be any hope of a 2 state solution. Maybe Hamas can start by returning the hostages (including my fellow Americans who were abducted) and stop shelling rockets into Israel everyday. The Cvil Rights Act wasn't won through violence, it was won through strategic, non-violent action. Yeah, we should all practice what we preach.

But I digress. Yet, Time magazine is one of the only western media outlets that did an international poll on the current conflict (date of article JANUARY 17, 2024 12:22 PM EST). You'll see that in some western adjacent countries there existed a steep decline in Israel's favorability rating. To this end, are we to assume that the rest of the world, especially the third world, follows a different trend in favorability of Israel? Also, what indicators do you use to gauge the opinion of the world populace on the israel-palestine conflict aside from UN General Assembly votes which frequently from 1967 vote in favor of Palestinian sovereignty by a wide majority?

Hughes is completely out of his depth on the matter. He just rehashing Israeli propaganda just like Ben Shapiro does.

Hendrix did play a right handed guitar upside down but flipped the bridge and the strings so that strings were standard. Well actually tuned 1/2 step down

For the record… Hendrix played right handed guitars upside down but they were restrung as standard with low E on top. He did not use inverted fingerings. He often used his thumb for root notes of chords.

1:56:30 I agree with Coleman on a lot of this, but a counterargument here is that Hamas imbeds itself into civilian populations because Gaza is occupied and oppressed, therefore they don't have military capabilities that would allow a MILITARY ZONE to be distinguished from a CIVILIAN ZONE. A counter argument to THAT would be that Hamas could still place their resources away from civilians in a better way than they do.
