@v.dembsey33558 жыл бұрын
+Patrick Lyons The great thing is that you have the power to get bigger than your circumstances. The top circumstances for many people are often money, time, and health. We can always make better choices in each category. So do it. Choose. Require more of yourself. Demand more of yourself. Start saying "no" to some things and "yes" to others. It often comes down to discipline and sacrifice. Successful people(in whatever category) do things that other people don't.

I first caught a JRE with Duncan on about a year and a half ago. The way they talked about Psilocybin (magic mushrooms) and DMT really captured my imagination and sparked my curiosity. I kind of look back at it as a pivotal point in my life. I was very depressed and it was like I lost my sense of wonder for this amazing spaceship we inhabit. Fast forward to the present and Im 100% different person (for the better) Joe and duncan mainly, and guys like Graham Hancock, Mckken, ect. along with occasional use of psychedelics have completely turned my attitude and outlook on life around.
@shawnmkandla78927 жыл бұрын
Exact same broski! S'like we were going through a stage in life were we were starting to grow, but in order to fully transition we had to question the things we thought we knew, whilst opening ourselves up and taking in these new possibilities. and essentially the ego is battling with the inner self, in order to let go of what we thought we knew. with all these homies hancock, mckenna, duncan, watts, they make this transition easier. you realise you're going through some shit, other people went to. and its like "awhhhhhhh. i've found the homies, on the other side" 😂

Talking about processed sugar. I had a client of mine (I'm a Personal trainer) who consumed roughly 4-4.8k calories a day. Alot of the excess calories were from sugar such as sodas. I told her that to cut the sugar, she called me three days later and said she felt terrible. She had a headache, was irritated and almost described it as a migraine. After six days, she told me she's never felt better in her life. JUST from cutting sugar. She doesnt even get tempted to buy any doughnuts,sodas and such anymore when shes in the grocery store. It's quite remarkable. I cant wait to track her progress further.
@tor36998 жыл бұрын
Interesting. I haven't been drinking soda for years but I am guilty of loading up with sugar on a few cups of coffee a day. Ive been cutting back on the coffee/sugar intake recently and am having the same symptoms she had. Must be a side effect of the body detoxing itself
@Plague_Doc228 жыл бұрын
Bern Heisenberg I truly belive that aswell. The body gets custom to what it eats. Now if that's sugar, fat or protein. It just wants what it's gotten used to. Sugar is something that the human body is meant to consume the least out of everything. Nowadays we throw it in to everything. Cant even buy a bloody sallad without them throwing sugary dressing on it.

Watching this high is sooo beneficial. It's mind blowing, but on top of that you're able to extend onto their ideas with your own. This is the best

"One thing I love to think about is who is the smartest person on earth, and what would the smartest person be like? And than I think who is the smartest person I know.and what are they like and than I try from that imagine what if that pattern keeps getting more and more intense more and more intense, who would that person be like? What does perfection look like? So you go into nature and instantaneously get a glimpse at perfection. You look at the flower, you look at any plant life, you look at most animals and what you were taught, these things they don't care about themselves, they don't seem to care about themselves personality, the ego the identity... obviously the flower is not getting their hair blown out in the morning and they are not concerned about anything at all they just seem to be an expression of life into the universe no ego, no personality, no identity, they are invisible. There is a whole God damn beautiful bush of these beautiful purple flowers and I walk by them every day when I am walking the dogs and I never noticed them, I never noticed them and than I looked over to them the other day and the wind is blowing and it looks like they are dancing bowing or bending and I got closer and I'm like my God, this is a life form, a living thing that I have been walking by every single day and it doesn't give a shit if I look at it, it doesn't care if I look at it, we don't know what it cares about, probably cares about nothing, no central nervous system, but it's alive and it's there so if you take that as perfection, which I think it is and than from that try to establish what a perfect super intelligent person would be like than from that you get this idea that what enlightenment might look like. A pure reflection of nature unimpeded by the awful anchor of the egonic mind." -Duncan Trusell
