While I was down in NYC, visiting with a friend, I decided to message John (we had been talking for a year or two at this point on fb) and see if he was around the LES. surer than shit, he was on his bike nearby and told me to meet him at this juice bar, liquiteria.. he bought me this vegan smoothie and we chatted out front for like an hour. dude is so damn cool and such an inspiration. if you see this man, i still owe ya a smoothie!

The notion, of his particular account of PTSD is extremely accurate. Based upon studies done. Not just some personal opinion. And Joe, you said it spot on. You utilized different words, but I've experienced it, and heard from so many others who experience trauma. Bottom line is, "Victims of severe trauma seek further trauma itself, to the point of no return. Be it a physical manifestation/end to their current existence, or a psychological one. I've been collecting data on what percentage of the population, diagnosed with some form of psychosis/serious psychological disorder/psychological state of mind, find themselves at a suicidal state of mind (conscious or not), who also have a biological link vs. "Triggers", as they call it, from some form of trauma experienced, prior to culmination of the puberty-stage in life... Hope that made sense. I kinda threw it out there quickly. Gotta say, Always good shit Bro! You have more compelling content then any other podcast/show/whatever, than I've experienced as a viewer. spectrum as wide as a motherfucker!

They've made society become a place where mental health issues and being suicidal is the norm. Imagine making a Tik Tok about your social anxiety when you don't actually have it. This will therefore cause further segregation between these folks and the help and treatment they actually need. As a Gen Z member, my generation is so brainwashed. We have absolutely no interest in being happy anymore because it's not cool. Being depressed and listening to depressed rappers/Pop stars who end up killing themselves over things that didn't truly matter is now the norm.
