We all grew up in a hall of mirrors. Unfortunately several of my friends didn't get the message and have died of drug use over the years. Rest in peace Carrie, Rich, Jen, and Bryan. I've been having fun with the telemarketers the last month saying I live in the Chaz. I had to ride my horse to the chaz to save my son from an od.

Area inside Chaz was heavily destroyed, residents and business owners were not able to operate normally. The police, fire departments and public work department didnt provide services inside Chaz area. Not even garbage collection provide nor emergency ambulance. Heavy arms people protect chaz area, and not let everybody to enter. So far 7 people died inside Chaz. The mayor stated many times that she supported the Chez occupancy and they were a peaceful group. Residents and busisness owner are suing the mayor and they have enought prove to move forward with the claim.

Does anyone know how many people died in CHAZ? I don’t think it was 7, thought it was 2.

In Ireland it's normal to get a few slaps from a cop if they arrest you everyone knows it. I was arrested when I was 16 for fighting and being drunk on the street and 3 cops busted me up in a cell and I never messed around on the street like that again

So usa is not the only training where police behave unprofessional. What a suprize... Does that change anything?
@SK-ex8ot3 жыл бұрын
@@thekito4623 not at all man I'm not saying this to disprove anything I'm simply stating my experience that's all. I don't look back at this as a fond memory as you can imagine - I was afraid trying to fight 2 cops in a cell with nobody watching and being a skinny 16 year old it didn't go well for me😂 fuck the American police for always taking it too far and killing people it makes me sick, look at stats of police killings in Europe and you will see they have better training and rarely kill anyone

There was some post floating around on Tumblr about how CHAZ was actually this super peaceful community and the cops were just angry that it wasn't a crumbling bloodbath. Saying things like how restaurants were super happy to have their patronage, how they watched documentaries to combat racism every night, how they got to play dodgeball, etc. Basically trying to make it look like it was some happy little neighborhood. Absolutely nothing made my blood ignite into a fire more than that post. I'd been watching Memology 101 (A Honduran guy is covering our news better and more truthfully than our actual news stations) post direct footage of the shootings and the robberies and the assaults, I laid them all bare and called that person a liar. CHAZ proved that a community without police is nothing more than a dumpster fire.

This situation is literally right out of South Park. The mayor approved of those actions and was on their side and they immediately turned on her and held a protest outside of her house and within a hour she shut down the zone. A literal fucking joke, a kid got gunned down in that zone and the mayor did noting people were getting stolen from as well it’s just crazy funny how this shit went.

All of my best memories are from capital hill man... I miss old Seattle. EVerything changed about 11 years ago. amazing place for decades. All my friends who didnt go off too college when we graduated moved to seattle and lived on capital hill in different apartments and just partied for 2 years and hung out. Best parties in the world up there. Great food, esperesso carts everywhere, art projtects AND the music. Some of the biggest bands got there starts up there gigging.

Capitol Hill in the late 80s and early 90s is where we went to see the grunge scene rock stars play in small clubs, Josh should know that. Capital hill got really popular then went to shit after the grunge scene died.

Why does Joe think borders are one of the worst parts of countries? If not for a border you essentially have no idea what land is yours or who's laws you have to abide by. Even the creators of Chaz unwittingly agreed with this.
