In sport science long distance swimming is generally acceoted as the most physically difficult for the human body due to the energy demands, the bacterial infections, the thermoregulation. Humans simply arent meant to spend that much time in the water. To say hes the aquatic goggins does him a disservice. He is leagues beyond goggins.
