Honestly I’m not really into home gym equipment but this dudes personality and infectious positivity is what keeps me coming back to watch more. Will I buy this sled? Not likely. Is there something to learn from Coop? Yep. In one video he stated “My kids like me, my wife respects me, and my god loves me” in response to other judging him. Wow…what a philosophy to live by. Well done GGR

Hi Coop - I own an MX. The resistance settings you describe at 4:18 and 6:43 only work in one direction. This enables two different exercises to be programmed on the same piece of equipment - one setting in one direction- another for the other. It’s not the same resistance in both directions. Give it a try.

Great content as per usual Coop. Made my own. Used pallet wood, low ratio gears from an old VW polo. Wheels just the same as MX from B&Q. It weighs 100kg. Cost £30. Variable resistance from zero to 'takes 2 men to move it at a crawl'. This thing costs £1000s.

I bought the M4 about 2 years ago before the M1 came out. We love the M4 and I even have all my kids use it too. It is a pain maneuvering it though. Especially when your going down the street and trying to stay close to the curb and you end up going in the middle of the street because the road ain’t perfectly straight. When pushing I just pull to the side as pushing if needed. But when pulling with straps or belt I can’t do that and need a spotter to help steer it from behind.

I have the m4, I just started working out a couple months ago, so I walk about 5 miles stopping every now and then to eventually get 10-12 sets of 15 push-ups or 10-12 sets of 15 fast squats, when I'm done I take the tank and pull it with the rope one way then take the other side to do rows and bust sets of 15 dips at a time or if I'm working legs I have a weighted vest that I do another 100 fast paced squats.....I'm almost to the point where after the 2nd set of 100 squats I'm going to use the sled to do another 100 lunges.....anyways this machine is simply the best that I own, I've stopped using by bench and other equipment and an sticking to the tank, body weight exercises and exercises with my weighted vest....needless to say I'm reaching my goals alot faster then I thought I was.

Hi Coop, sometimes I love your reviews and sometimes I hate them, this is one I appreciate. Here is the dilemma though, training for truck pull, use this MX because you need the 25% more resistance than the M4 and spend 2500$ or use truck in a box exer-genie 60ft? Tie off to a tree or fence post and get it going at both ends? Thoughts? Where is the bang for the buck? Sled pulls same thought, is this worth it?

Torque Fitness told rogue that she needs to add 133lbs of weigjt so she won't have thoese probles.. I was going to get one for the reasony of not messing with plates. But it turns out i still need to add weigjt plates to it🙄 Well, that defers the purpose of buying these type of sleds. Lol I rather to have a rwgular sled with thoese skids plates under. What's the advantage of these over regular sled since both need to be loaded with plates???

Coop, based on what you are trying to do the Rogue S-35E will absolutely get the job done and takes up substantially less space. Also the ability to change load easily when you walk backwards is definitely a plus. Don't like this sled for the purposes of a backward sled drag. Cool product thought, but not at that price or for the space it would take up.
