Aubrey, I appreciate your authenticity so much. You take the work seriously but not yourself seriously. There is a Surrender in your way of being, yet also a Commitment in showing up that resonates a voice of a true Brother.

As a man, I find a distinct kinship with Aubrey and his ability to explain his journey. It’s almost like this universe is putting these people and podcasts together to teach us and push many of us over the hump. A possible road map thru the noise and allowing us to see we’re all soo very similar all while being unique in our own right. Ego destroys everything, I’m 40 and I find it the hardest thing to genuinely rid my life of it. It’s a proverbial day to day battle in one way or another. If your paying attention to yourself it’s shocking how much our preconceived notions and ego control our existence and overall happiness. Great Podcast! That’s the best hour I’ve listened to of anything in a while.
