A heads up about Super Size Me. I turns out, the reason why Morgan Spurlock was having severe medical issues wasn't simply because he was eating fast food constantly, though it probably wasn't helping, the reason was because he was a chronic alcoholic and hid that information from the doctors during the documentary.
