How to you cover the gap on hinge post and make it look clean

If I’m building a wood double gate using big box store hardware can you help me with my gaps? I have a 130 inches at the top and bottom of my post. How much gap do I leave in between the gate and the post and how much gap between the 2 gates ? Or just let me know what size to make each gate Thanks for all help
