We discuss both tactics and technique!
By the end of the video you will understand (1) the level of strength, mobility and flexibility required to take a huge lunge, (2) technical details re. racquet path, (3) how to recover, and more!

Hi Rob - I actually haven't created a vide on the back foot drag specifically. Is there a particular question you have about it? Happy to help answer something minor here. All the best, - Ahad

It's what I found out I'm doing every time I lunge forward and wondering if its something that needs to change or is it just a natural movement.

It's a natural movement, and the degree of it depends on your strength levels, and the speed at which you go into the lunge. Nothing to be concerned about. In fact, lots of coaches teach it because it helps with recovery out of shots 👍🏼 keep building your game 💪🏼 all the best, - Ahad
