If you crack the windows open a little and drive around the air in the car will have constant movement and the warmer air will be replaced with cooler air. I may or may not have tried this with my mom's car once but my design wasn't nearly as cool, it was a spray bottle and a rag placed over the air vent Edit was a spelling error

I think I’ll have to give it to your competitor here. As literally cool as yours is it kind of breaks the spirit of the competition if it has to be attached to a motor or fan to actually work. His was a lot more basic in design, but were stand alone items that functioned without external components required.
