I have got a mustard Carolina BBQ sauce recipe for you. First Carmalized Vidalia Onions and garlic and peppers ( I like a blend of hot and sweet peppers) and then after that add a little Jack Daniels Whisky and cook the alcohol off and then lower temperature and add in Jack Daniels Mustard, and then you have Carolina Mustard BBQ sauce. Your welcome...

Not to put too fine a point on it, but the mustard based sauce is South Carolina style. No mustard in North Carolina sauces. that's the great thing about barbecue, though...it's regional and it's ALL good. Hope you found a good one!
