Joe, you are an inspiration to all, such an awful thing like that and he seems almost pleased (i know your aren't)! Your positive attitude and ability to not be shouting, swearing and just completely demoralised is honestly incredible. If everyone was like Joe, the world would be a far happier, more positive place. My thoughts are with you and Emm and all there.

If I at this moment in time of disaster of arson had spare bales available. I would drive a load to you free of charge. Just a token of roast and Yorkshire pudding. However I'm not fit to drive now. But I'm working with my GP to fix this

was fire fighter in a rural area had a few farm and barn fires never good to see but the farmers and works were always brilliant to deal with work side by side for the best out come you are more relaxed than some i saw not that i could blame them it must be horrible watch you work burn down the longest i spent at a farm fire was 17 hours bales are very difficult to put out it is better just letting them burn out but the fire service always tryed to save any bales we could i really hope the guilty party are found and dealt with properly

The fire crew waving, lol. Very true about farmers helping farmers. I was in the young farmers organization and had the opportunity traveling the world visiting farms and they all helped each other when it was needed, people at their best. Take care everyone at the Steels farm.

Came from Olly Bloggs, just subscribed cracking channel and amazing attitude to what’s been thrown at you. Consider your fly tipper friends if your local plod hasn’t already taken those details you have.

Same here, noticed this on Olly's site & subscribed straight away (every little bit helps). In future you need a good CCTV system. Also get plod to look at the past vids of people trespassing on your fields (especially where you confronted them). Best of luck for the future & admiration for your positive attitude. Animals are safe & well, the rest can be replaced.

Hay stack fires are impossible to put out . You’ve done a good job containing it . The heat generated is crazy and other stuff nearby can spontaneously combust . 🙂
@johns93152 жыл бұрын
Hey Joe I think it was a spark from Em's electric bike that started it 😂 It's times like this that the farming community really sticks together and helps out with anything needed, when one of my barns that was full of straw went up in flames I had farmers messaging me from all over the country most I'd never even met before asking if I needed anything or any help with the clear up, looks like you might be lucky and only need the back ¼ of the barn rebuilt, looks like it will be burning for 2 or 3 more days yet in the centre before you can start clearing up properly. As you say all you can do is look at the positive side because things can only get better, times like this it's keep calm and carry on 👍

Joe you are just amazing, I know how much a fire hits on a farm as we had one the same 18months since. You were very lucky it was just straw and no animals were hurt. I love how positive you all are, plus the fact even after everything has gone on you still managed to put a video together on such a hard day and we are thankfully for that as love all your videos. Hope it’s all sorted soon and the nasty toe rags are punished for this xx
