I sing this song all the time..and I remember one time at work I was singing as I was cleaning my stretcher off and one of the nurses on the floor I was on told me her cancer patient she was taken care of loved country music had heard me singing and asked me if I could come in the room and sing for her because she kept hearing me every time I was up there on that floor so before her final moments I brought my acoustic guitar up one day on my lunch break and sang her n the family this song and bunch of other songs...her family n more importantly the lady was so appreciative of that and later that night that same nurse told me she passed away that same night needless to say I won’t forget that moment!

Jesse Palmer I read your post, and So moved by it. I am a retired hospital chaplain, and God placed you at the right time and place, for this patient and family. God uses us as conduits in the scheme of life. This family will never forget what you freely have given. God knows your heart. Moments like these are powerful. I can't say more because the emotion I am feeling. Know you are a blessing. God Bless.

My pastor gave a sermon based on the thought...You might be the only Jesus that person ever knew. You were doing what God intended, and I'm sure the Spirit moved throughout the room during the performance. Good bless you for easing her transition into His Kingdom.

Tim Rushlow was THE VOICE of Little Texas. All of the guys in the current lineup are phenomenal musicians and have paid their dues.... but it's just not the same without Tim. The soul and cry in his voice backed by those harmonies was what Little Texas WAS! Would love to see a "reunion tour" someday.

I was with someone I was dating and drove by where my ex-boyfriend had lived a few years earlier. This song came on. I didn't know it at the time. I had to stop driving. I got so emotionally sucked into this song.

One of the very best bands that had been around for years. Much too quickly...they faded away....so much talent...to much waste. Great band indeed......

Man I miss this song. I forgot it for years since I was real young and it playing on the radio as I was going to sleep. Its a beautiful song and it reminds me of an easier time that I can never get back. Those things were made to stay in the past.Appreciate the little things in life, those are the things that make up the big times.
