Great review and you checked all the boxes on the Ninja pans. I own multiple Ninja fry pans and recently bought the Ninja NeverStick Possible Pan. This is the BEST pan I'm ever used in my life. I do hand wash it. I'd like to see your review for this pan. I use it multiple times a day everyday.

Ive found that Calphalon premier line is excellent Teflon Nonstick in long term durability and has excellent warranty policy....Ive recently bought some All Clad Nonstick pieces (10) 3yrs ago at TJ Maxx, Marshalls and they've been great so far

I have loved my NINJA cookware since I received the set as a gift just a year ago; however, After a few uses, I noticed the small kettle getting small bubble bursts all over the bottom. Now, after having simmered two chicken thighs (on medium low heat) I was surprised to see that the center of the kettle had peeled and shrunk! The area is about an inch to an inch and a half and the original bottom is exposed!

thanks for sharing, just received the Ninja ZEROSTICK 30cm Sauté Pan and 28cm Wok, both have lids with steam holes. Cooking eggs with bacon, the eggs stuck - I see now the water droplets test for pan temperature is flawed, I need to get pan hotter before use!

2-29-2024 I bought a 16 piece set on 1-24-2022 and in the past 6 weeks all the pieces have started pitting. I use only silicone spatulas on my cookware and they agreed to replace 5 pieces and claimed 3 pieces were superficially scratched and not covered. At a cost to me Shipping was $28 and will take a month to be delivered. They have a 10 year warranty but clearly this cookware is no better than most not stick cookware.

That's too bad that they didn't just take care of it. Mine still seem fine, but I haven't had them as long as you have either. I've seen a few people complain about issues with the surface though. I suppose time will tell. Thanks for the heads up!

For that connection area on the pans. The deep ring. Have you tried a toothbrush to get into the depth of the ring. Put the paste or whatever you use on top of the bristles and deep into the middle and bottom of them. It might work.
@JoesPhenomenal4 ай бұрын
Yeah... That was one of the first things I tried... Wasn't abrasive enough to get much progress though... It's not too bad though. Looks a little worse on camera than in real life.

I have the wal-mart version of the 10" pan. I really don't like the handle, as it's hollow and is sharp if you grab it from underneath near the front while cleaning the pan. It was $10 cheaper than the common version, and seems to have the same non-stick coating. I've used it once or twice nearly every day since October to cook something for my carnivore diet. So far, I can't find any defects in the cooking surface. I have never used anything sharp. Either Nylon, or silicone spatula, or a flexible silicone cake/omelet spatula for eggs. Usually after cooking, food just sprays off the pan with hot water before even using soap. If it ever does fail, I'll be trying the Emeril Forever Pan.

I've been pretty happy with mine, but I agree with you on those handles... Makes them really hard to hang also!

mine is junk it is discolored and everything sticks even when i use oil
@JoesPhenomenal4 ай бұрын
Hmm... Haven't had too manynissu s with that myself... The discoloration that I have on mine came from putting the oil in the pan before it was preheated though. It can absorb into the surface that way. Also the nonstick works way better on a preheated pan as well. Does it still happen to you when you do it that way also?

How do you clean the outside of the pans? I can never figure out why the outsides get so dirty, and scourers destroy the polished finish.
@melajoh14 ай бұрын
I think you said those pans have an aluminum body, but that isn't the case. That stainless nonstick only has an aluminum encapsulated base. The walls are steel with a nonstick coating. They will never heat as evenly as aluminum or fully clad pans.
@JoesPhenomenal4 ай бұрын
I did mention that about the walls and nonstick coating. When I heard from the rep was that the regular nonstick version without the steel overlay has the aluminum base with the stainless plate on it, but the version with the stainless exterior went stainless on the base. I better double check that. Totally agree with you on the hi spots although the do a pretty decent job keeping the heat even over the surface... No where near a fully Clad pan though. Didn't really expect tons due to their relative light weight though. Thanks for the correction!
@melajoh14 ай бұрын
@@JoesPhenomenal Yeah, by "aluminum base" he probably meant the encapsulated bottom. It's made like cheap disc clad stainless steel (ex: Cuisinart Chef's Classic), but with a nonstick coating. The disc base is aluminum with magnetic steel over it to make it induction compatible.

Just threw out a whole pan of boiling water yesterday because my Ninja stockpot had all these flakes floating around the top and a big white ring around the top, as well as mottled white spots on the bottom. I added only a 1/2 top of salt to the water. No idea what the flakes/ scales on the top were. There are spots of flaking in the pot. I am scared to reuse it.
@JoesPhenomenal3 ай бұрын
How long have you had that pan? Sounds like the nonstick is flaking off. If it's under warranty still, I would contact Ninja and get a replacement. In the meantime, I wouldn't use that pan.

Hey Joe, I’m ready to buy my first stainless steel 12” fry pan. Do you have any recommendations?
@JoesPhenomenal6 ай бұрын
Depends on your budget. I have some kirkland stuff myself (they are discontinued now) and I also have a bunch of those Ninja Everclad ones that I got to review. Those were a really great value and they've held up nicely. However, All-Clad pans the industry standard ones and are really nice. Expensive though. In any case, you want something that is at least 3 ply and they should be at least a little on the heavy side. Light stainless pans are usually pretty bad with heat disbusement.

@JoesPhenomenal9 ай бұрын
Happy new year to you as well! I think the discoloration on those came from my wife using nonstick spray on them for some reason... Not positive on that. The Ninjas are supposed ot have some sort of non-toxic coating on them, but who knows if we really wanna take their word for it on that or not.
@minimalistS5088 ай бұрын
Do you use induction ? Will it damage the pan more?
@JoesPhenomenal8 ай бұрын
I do... Had to leave my induction range in the last place when we sold it though.. Will get another soon. With induction, you just have to be careful not to run the power to high... It's way powerful and can warp just about any pan if you aren't careful. I always left mine at about medium heat.
@mikethomas49504 ай бұрын
Are they reactive pans?
@Phyllyps-Levine7 ай бұрын
Mine failed after 2 years. Know that. Also I was cooking on a gas range, maybe they last longer on other burners. ALSO, DO NOT USE THEM FOR HEATING OIL. WILL TOTALLY RUIN THE PAN FIRST TIME.
@JoesPhenomenal6 ай бұрын
Shouldn't really matter what kind of range.. We're you putting the oil in with the pan hot or cold? Also, how high did you have your burners set?

My has 2 years and now they are getting out the parts from inside I thought that they were better than the old Teflon ones And they weren’t cheaper I very disappointed
@evangelineenao26565 ай бұрын
It is a total crap! Mine did not last a year, the non stick coating is already chipping away.
@bjornotter42983 ай бұрын
I've had mine for two years, still in mint condition, much better than Tefal
@annhutcheson57703 ай бұрын
So they lie. Claim metal utensils safe and clearly they damage the surface. Also, if it has no Teflon, why does usage reflect differently? Too much sketchy here. Pass.
